The Exo Terra USB Humidifier is included by default with the Exo Terra Precision Incubator, but can also be purchased separately as a replacement humidifier or as a humidity monitoring device for the Exo Terra Thermostat and Exo Terra Hydrometer. It is compatible with both, which have a USB port to connect the humidifier without hassle. METHOD OF USE Fill the surface where the Humidifier is placed with water. Connect the Humidifier via its USB cable to an available USB port or connector. On the Exo Terra Precision Incubator, the USB port is on the back of the LED display, next to the power cord of the incubator itself. Place the humidifier device in the desired location. If placed in the incubator, there is a recess in the center of the base of the incubator, into which this Humidifier fits perfectly, as it has been specifically designed for use with this incubator. Recommendation To prepare the replacement USB Humidifier, pour a little water in the middle of the device, then turn it upside down and shake it slightly to remove excess water. Finally, place the humidifier on top of the water to float and start condensing the water.
